White wine made from a special selection of Glera DOCG grapes (prosecco) from the Asolani Hills.
Pignera and Scatena vineyards (locality Miniera). Situated on the hills with excellent exposed to the sun and cool in breezes.

Wine production method:
The grapes are selected on the vine and collected into cases. A soft pressing, followed by decanting, standing, then the adding of selected yeasts followed by fermentation at 17° C. After 15 days, the wine is transferred to heat controlled stainless steel tanks at 8°C until bottling.

Yellow straw in colour with a light hint of green. An intense bouquet, with apple and ripe fruit hints, acacia honey and peach blossom notes. A fresh, lively taste, persistent with a good body.

Ideal with fish starters and seafood. Asolani cuisine: Risotto with local Borso peas.
