Fertile soil of a clay/limestone composition.
Wine Production method:
Soft pressing, followed by a decanting and standing; selected yeasts are then added, followed by fermentation at 18°C. There is a further decanting after five days, before the wine is put into heat controlled stainless steel tanks at 8° C until bottling.

A lovely intense yellow straw colour with golden-green tints. A fruity bouquet with hints of apple and banana, pineapple and honey. A full flavour, with a decisive body, complemented by those aromatic hints. A persistent wine with lasting sensations.
