Straw yellow colour. Bouquet of lime and acacia but also fruity aroma of apricot and pear. Dry and well structured taste.
Typical cuisine from Asolo: Risi e bisi. Ideal with shellfish, soup, rice or light white meat dish.
Our Bianco Feudo is a blend of white grapes from vineyards situated on the hills (Caltran Vineyard). The are 4500 plants per ha, the soil is clay and the grapes are cultivated with the Guyot system. After a short maceration, the grapes are softly pressed, and then the fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at 17°C. The wine is kept in tanks at 8°C.
