This is a wine made of Chardonnay grapes from vineyard situated on the hills. There are 3000 plants per ha, the soil is clay and the grapes are cultivated with the Guyot-spurred cordon system. The grapes are collected in cases during the harvest and softly pressed. After a further decantation, selected yeasts are added and then the fermentation starts at 18°C. The wine is kept in stainless steel tanks at 8°C.
