TA white wine made of Pinot Grigio grapes. There are 3000 plants per ha, the soil is clay and the grapes are cultivated with the Sylvoz system. The grapes are collected in cases during the harvest and softly pressed. After a decantation of 12 hours, selected yeasts are added and then we have the fermentation at 18°C. The wine is kept in stainless steel tank at 8°C.
