In autoclave at the temperature of 16°C for 60 days.
Intense cherry red colour. Fruity aroma of strawberry and raspberry with a rose bouquet. Intense and sapid taste.

Our sparkling rosé wine comes from our red grapes vineyards (Virginia Vineyard). There are 4500 plants per ha, the soil is clay and the grapes are cultivated with the Guyot-Sylvoz system. The winemaking is done in white with a soft pressing in order to get a fruity rosé wine. After a decantation of 20 hours, selected yeasts are added. The fermentation lasts 15 days and then the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks at 5°C until the sparkling process.
