A wine made of Merlot DOC Asolo Montello grapes from the vineyard situated on the Asolo hills (Virginia Vineyards). There are 4000 plants per ha, the soil is clay and the grapes are cultivated with the Guyot-Sylvoz system. The grapes are collected in cases during the harvest and then they macerate for 15 days, then the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks and in oak barrels.
