This sparkling wine comes from our vineyards of Glera grapes, situated on the Asolo Hills (Sant’ Anna Vineyard). There are 3300 plants per ha, the grapes are cultivated with the Sylvoz system, selected and collected in cases during the manual harvest.
The winemaking starts with a cold maceration at 17°C with selected yeasts. The wine is kept in stainless steel tanks at 5°C.
