From our Vigneto 14 Settembre 2009, nestled in the hills of Asolo, comes this Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato Demi Sec, a soft and refined sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage. The clay-rich soil enhances its complexity and structure, while the vineyard’s location ensures optimal sun exposure. The harvest is carried out manually in the last decade of September, with a careful selection of the grapes.
The white vinification process includes a gentle pressing, followed by a 15-day controlled fermentation with the addition of selected yeasts. The wine is then refined in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks during the sparkling process then occurs through a 60-day refermentation in an autoclave.

Intense aromas of sweet acacia and linden flowers, complemented by fruity notes of apple and pear.
A well-balanced, smooth, and velvety taste, enhanced by delightful honeyed notes.
Golden yellow color with greenish highlights.
It takes place in an autoclave at a temperature of 16°C for 60 days.
