This sparkling wine comes from our Glera vineyards that have a clay soil and that are located in the high Asolo Hills (Farra Vineyard). The plants are 3300 per ha; the grapes are cultivated with the Cappuccina system and collected in cases during the manual harvest.
The winemaking starts with a soft pressing and after a decantation at low temperature, selected yeasts have to be added. The fermentation lasts 15 days then the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks at 5°C until the sparkling process.
