This is a wine made of Chardonnay DOC Asolo Montello grapes from vineyard situated on the hills. There are 3000 plants per ha, the soil is clay and the grapes are cultivated with the Guyot-spurred cordon system. The grapes are collected in cases during the harvest and softly pressed. After a further decantation, selected yeasts are added and then the fermentation starts at 18°C.
The wine is kept in stainless steel tanks at 8°C.
