From a blend of red grapes, Merlot and Cabernet comes our Novello 2024. There are 4,000 vines per hectare, the soil is clayey and the grapes are cultivated using the Guyot and Sylvoz systems. The traditional technique of carbonic maceration of the whole grapes creates a young wine, the ‘novello,’ the first wine of the harvest that has just finished. The very short production time does not make this wine full-bodied and over-structured, but on the contrary, the ‘novello’ is a wine rich in aromas and fragrances.
