Our prosecco DOC Treviso brut is a dry sparkling wine and it is from our vineyards located on the Treviso Hills (Virginia place), made of a clay soil. There are 3000 plants per ha and the grapes are cultivated with the Cappuccina-Sylvoz system. The winemaking is in white with a soft pressing, after the decantation at low temperature, selected yeasts are added to the wine.
The fermentation lasts 15 days and then the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks until the sparkling process.
