Rosso Asolo DOC Montello e Colli Asolani

Our Rosso Asolo DOC comes from a blend of red grapes of our vineyards (Virginia’s and Rose’s vineyards). There are 4500 plants per ha, the soil is clay and the grapes are cultivated with the Guyot system. The grapes are collected in cases during the manual harvest, they macerate on their skins for 17 days and then the wine is kept in stainless steel for the first 4 months and then transferred to oak barrels for 18-24 months.

50% Merlot DOC, 15% Cabernet Franc DOC, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon DOC, 10% local red varieties.

Intense aroma with hints of wild fruit, cherry and vanilla.

Dry and warm taste. Well structured.

Strong red colour with purple shades.
